ORDERS

The customer must follow the on-screen instructions to execute the purchase process.

The customer may always correct any errors in the data entered, change the contents of the shopping basket by including or removing one or more products from the basket or cancel the entire order during the checkout process before making payment.

By placing an order the customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions given during the checkout process and fully accepts the Terms and Conditions.

The customer places an order for products through the website by clicking on the ‘Pay’ button at the end of the ordering process.

In the event that customers have any queries or doubts when placing an order or even about a previously placed order, they can contact us via the “Customer Service” form or via e-mail: customerservice@shopbabunkers.es.

Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email automatically generated by our online store with the order details.

In case you did not receive it, we recommend that you check the Spam folder of your email in case it had arrived there. If you cannot find it this way either, you can access your customer panel in the store and track your orders in the “ORDERS - REFUND - RETURN” option and check the “details” of your order to know the current status, or as a last resort, contact us through the “Customer Service” form or via email: customerservice@shopbabunkers.es.

If you receive a defective product, contact our customer service team by email: customerservice@shopbabunkers.es.

You must indicate your order number and attach photographs of the shoes from all angles, as well as the part that you consider defective with a description of the defect.

You have 20 days from the moment you place the order to check if it is in perfect condition (visible defects in production or accessories).

Our orders are processed automatically and almost immediately with our logistics area, so we cannot make changes or cancellations on most orders.

Contact our customer service team immediately via email: customerservice@shopbabunkers.es and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We are not responsible for address errors once the order has been processed.

If you have a Babunkers promotional code, register if you are not already and log in to our website. Then go to your shopping cart, enter the promotional code in “Add promotional code” that appears at the top right and click on "Place Order".

If the discount code is valid you will see the discount applied in the purchase summary.

Babunkers promotions (discount codes) are limited to one per person per online order. Therefore, promotional codes cannot be accumulated. In case of return or exchange, the value of the coupon will not be returned. The coupon cannot be exchanged for money.

All deliveries are made to your home or mailbox. If at the time of delivery there is an absence at the indicated address or it does not fit in the mailbox and the package cannot be delivered, our courier service will contact the customer to offer another alternative delivery solution.

If, despite having been provided with alternative delivery solutions by our courier service, the package still cannot be delivered repeatedly, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, we will proceed to refund the product or products purchased. Return costs will not be refunded.

If once the order has been sent and delivered within the indicated period, the customer rejects the package, they will be responsible for all costs incurred (transport, customs, taxes, duties, etc.). These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification confirming the details of your order from the online store.

Subsequently, you will also receive an email from our courier service with the tracking of your order so that you can track it.

If you have a Babunkers account, you can access your customer panel and once there, enter 'ORDERS - REFUND - RETURN' and check the status of your order in the 'Details' of your order.

The order statuses that you can see in your customer panel are the following:

  • “Payment Accepted” means that you have successfully paid for the order and the order is in the preparation process.
  • "Shipped" means that it has already left the warehouse and that it will be delivered to you within the time indicated in the shipping conditions according to the country of delivery.
  • “Cancelled” means that the order has not been successfully placed.

You can see the status of the order in your account. Check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you about your order.

If after the shipping period you have not received the order, please contact us through the “Customer Service” form or through the email customerservice@shopbabunkers.es with your name and surname, order number, date on which You placed the order and we will respond as soon as possible.

Babunkers does not ship partial orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure at the time of delivery that the shipment is in good condition.

Thus, if the box is open or if the appearance of the packaging raises doubts or suspicions about violations of the inviolability of the product, the customer must not receive it, immediately notifying Babunkers via email customerservice@shopbabunkers.es.

Exceptional situations may occur where the order is shipped incomplete if there are no items left in stock. If this happens the product will be refunded immediately.

RETURNS

The deadline for any return is 20 calendar days from placing the order. It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, preserving the label and with all accessories.

Products that present any defect, such as stains, rips, breaks or that show signs of use will not be accepted or refunded.

In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all return costs will be borne by the seller. In any other case, they will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • The return costs in the Peninsula are: €4.99
  • Return costs in the Canary Islands are: €30.85
  • The return costs in the Balearic Islands are: €11.99
  • The return cost in EU countries is: €12 (except Spain)
  • The return costs in non-EU countries are: €60

Request a refund by entering your user account, clicking on “ORDERS – REFUND – RETURN”. Then click on the order details to see the products you have purchased and be able to select those you want to return (remember to select the number of units and products if making a return, especially if it is partial). Then click on “Request a Return”.

Once your request has been sent, the steps to follow will be different depending on the country where the order has been delivered.

IMPORTANT: You will not receive confirmation of receipt since the return request will be received automatically and almost immediately by our team.

INSTRUCCIONES DE DEVOLUCIÓN SI TU PAQUETE HA SIDO ENTREGADO EN ESPAÑA

  1. Entra en tu pedido para solicitar la devolución.
  2. Coloca el artículo que deseas devolver en su caja original (de forma que el producto que has introducido coincida con la referencia de la caja) y a su vez dentro de la caja o bolsa de transporte.
  3. Pega la etiqueta de devolución que te ha enviado la compañía de transporte a tu correo electrónico con el que realizaste tu pedido.
  4. El Courier una vez enviada tu solicitud recogerá el paquete en un plazo de 1 a 3 días (entre 24 y 72 horas) laborables en la misma dirección donde realizaste la entrega. Nota Importante: Si estuvo ausente o el paquete no estaba embalado o no le pusiste la etiqueta de devolución a tiempo y el mensajero finalmente no ha podido llevarse el paquete en este periodo, podrás llevarlo ( con su etiqueta de devolución pegada ) a cualquier punto de recogida de Correos Express.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL OTHER COUNTRIES

  1. Place the item you wish to return in its original box (make sure the product you have entered matches the box reference).
  2. Please put the return label you found inside your order on the package.
  3. Bring the package to a picking point of the company who delivered your package (if it is a colissimo you will have to deliver it to the post office, in the case of DHL you can also take it to a centre that offers the Correos parcel collection service for returns).

INSTRUCTIONS DE RETOUR SI VOTRE COLIS A ÉTÉ LIVRÉ EN FRANCE

  1. Placez l'article que vous souhaitez retourner dans sa boîte d'origine (de sorte que le produit que vous avez saisi corresponde à la référence de la boîte).
  2. Collez l'étiquette de retour que vous avez trouvée à l'intérieur de votre commande.
  3. Déposez le colis dans un point de retrait de la société qui vous l'a livré (s'il s'agit d'un colissimo, vous devez le déposer au bureau de poste, s'il s'agit d'un dhl dans un bureau de poste).

ISTRUZIONI PER LA RESTITUZIONE SE IL PACCO È STATO CONSEGNATO IN ITALIA

  1. Inserite il vostro ordine per richiedere un rimborso.
  2. Inserite l'articolo che desiderate restituire nella sua scatola originale (in modo che il prodotto inserito corrisponda al riferimento della scatola) e a sua volta all'interno della scatola o della borsa di trasporto.
  3. Una volta inoltrata la richiesta di reso, il corriere ritirerà il pacco entro 1-3 giorni lavorativi allo stesso indirizzo in cui è stato consegnato. (NON È NECESSARIA L'ETICHETTA DI RESTITUZIONE).

You can check the status of your return at any time in your customer panel by clicking on the “Return History” option.

1. Once you return your order, it will appear in the status “Awaiting confirmation”.

2. Once our team accepts the return of the order, it will go to the "Waiting for package" status.

3. Finally, once the return process has been completed and the refund is made, it will go to the "Return Completed" status.

At Babunkers we do not make size or model changes, you will have to return the product following the instructions we provide and make a new purchase.

Once the collection has been made, received and verified in our warehouses, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products, deducting the return costs (if applicable).

Keep in mind that credit card payments depend on the banking entities. The approximate refund period is 10-15 business days from receipt of the product.

The value of the products that you have returned to us will be refunded, at the price you purchased them, discounting the costs of the return, if the return is voluntary. In case of involuntary returns, the return costs will not be deducted from the amount of the product.

To cancel your Babunkers account, contact us through the “Customer Service” form or via email customerservice@shopbabunkers.es to request the cancellation of your account.
