1. DELIVERY TIME

The maximum time set for deliveries is 72 hours from leaving our warehouses for deliveries within the Peninsula, although we try to make delivery within 48 hours. For the rest of the destinations, the delivery time varies between 3 and 7 working days.

Each delivery is considered made from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the customer, this which materializes through the control system used by the transport company.

In the event of a delay in delivery of orders attributable to Babunkers, the customer may cancel his order according to the procedure described in the section “ back ". Delays in delivery will not be considered those in which the order was made available to the customer by the transport company within the agreed time and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer.

2. UNMADE DELIVERIES AND LOSS
