ORDERS

The customer must follow the instructions on the screen to complete the purchase process.

The customer may always correct any errors in the data entered, change the contents of the shopping cart by including or removing one or more products from the cart or cancel the entire order during the purchasing process before making payment.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the instructions given during the verification process and fully accepts the Terms and Conditions.

The customer places an order for products through the website by clicking on the “Pay” button at the end of the ordering process.

If customers have any questions or doubts when placing an order or even about a previously placed order, they can contact us through the “Customer Service” form or by email: customerservice@shopbabunkers.es.

Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email automatically generated by our online store with the order details.

In case you did not receive it, we recommend that you check the Spam folder of your email in case it had arrived there. If you do not find it there either, you can access your customer panel in the store and track your orders in the “ORDERS - REFUND - RETURN” option and check the “details” of your order to know the current status, or as a last resort, contact us through the “Customer Service” form or through the email: customerservice@shopbabunkers.es.

If you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer service team via email: customerservice@shopbabunkers.es.

You must indicate your order number and attach a photograph of the shoes and another image of the product label.

You have 20 days, from the moment you placed the order, to check if it is correct (error in size, color or model).

Our orders are processed automatically and almost immediately with our logistics area, so we cannot make changes or cancellations on most orders.

Please contact our customer service team immediately via email: customerservice@shopbabunkers.es and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We are not responsible for address errors once the order has been processed.

If you have a Babunkers promotional code, please register if you are not already registered and log in to our website. Then go to your shopping cart, enter the promotional code in the “Add promotional code” section at the top right and click on “Process Order”.

If the discount code is valid, you will see the discount applied in the purchase summary.

Babunkers promotions (discount codes) are limited to one per person and per online order. Promotional codes are therefore not cumulative. In the event of a return or exchange, the value of the coupon will not be refunded. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

All deliveries are made to home addresses or mailboxes. If at the time of delivery there is no one at the address indicated or there is no room in the mailbox and the package cannot be delivered, our courier service will contact the customer to offer an alternative delivery solution.

If, despite alternative delivery solutions being provided by our courier service, the package still cannot be delivered repeatedly, it will be returned to our facilities and, once received, we will proceed to refund the product or products purchased. Return costs will not be refunded.

If the customer rejects the package after the order has been shipped and delivered within the specified time, he or she will be responsible for all costs incurred (transport, customs, taxes, duties, etc.). These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

You can check the status of your order in your account. Check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you about your order.

If you have not received your order after the shipping period, please contact us using the “Customer Service” form or by email at customerservice@shopbabunkers.es with your name and surname, order number, date on which the order was placed and we will respond as soon as possible.

Babunkers does not ship partial orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipment is in good condition at the time of delivery.

Thus, if the box is open or if the appearance of the packaging raises doubts or suspicions about violations of the inviolability of the product, the customer must not receive it, immediately notifying Babunkers via email at customerservice@shopbabunkers.es.

There may be exceptional situations where the order is sent incomplete if there are no items in stock. If this happens the product will be refunded immediately.

RETURNS

The deadline for any return is 20 working days from the date the order was placed. It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, retaining the label and with all accessories.

Products that have any defects, such as stains, tears, rips or signs of use, will not be accepted or refunded.

In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all return costs will be borne by the seller. In any other case, they will be borne by the buyer.

  • Due to a change in the technology of our online store, we are implementing a new returns system that will be available in the coming days.

    Indicating the email address with which you placed the order, the order number and the product or products you wish to return.

    At Babunkers we do not exchange sizes or models. You will have to return the product following the instructions we provide and make a new purchase.

    Once the collection has been made, received and verified in our warehouses, we will proceed to refund the amount of the products, deducting the return costs (if applicable). Please note that credit card payments depend on the banking entities. The approximate refund period is 10-15 business days from receipt of the product.

    The value of the products you have returned to us will be refunded at the price you purchased them, minus the return costs, if the return is voluntary. In the case of involuntary returns, the return costs will not be deducted from the value of the product.
