REQUESTS
The customer must follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase process.
The customer may always correct any errors in the data entered, change the contents of the shopping cart by adding or removing one or more products from the cart, or cancel the entire order during the purchasing process before making payment.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and declares that they have read all instructions given during the verification process and fully accept the Terms and Conditions.
The customer places an order for products through the website by clicking the “Pay” button at the end of the ordering process.
If customers have any questions or concerns when placing an order, or even about a previously placed order, they can contact us via the "Customer Service" form or via email: customerservice@shopbabunkers.es.
Once payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email automatically generated by our online store with your order details.
If you don't receive it, we recommend checking your spam folder in case it arrived there. If you can't find it there either, you can access your customer panel in the store and track your orders under "ORDERS - REFUND - RETURN" and check the "details" of your order to find out the current status. Alternatively, contact us through the "Customer Service" form or by email: customerservice@shopbabunkers.es.

You must include your order number and attach a photo of the shoes and another image of the product label.
You have 20 days from the date you placed your order to check if it is correct (error in size, color, or model).
Our orders are processed automatically and almost immediately by our logistics department, so we are unable to make changes or cancellations to most orders.
Contact our customer service team immediately via email: customerservice@shopbabunkers.es and we will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
We are not responsible for address errors once the order has been processed.
If you have a Babunkers promo code, register if you haven't already and log in to our website. Then go to your shopping cart, enter the promo code in the "Add promo code" section in the top right corner, and click "Checkout."
If the discount code is valid, you'll see the discount applied in the purchase summary.
Babunkers promotions (discount codes) are limited to one per person per online order. Therefore, promotional codes cannot be combined. In the event of a return or exchange, the coupon value will not be refunded. The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash.

All deliveries are made to homes or mailboxes. If there is no one at the address provided at the time of delivery, or if the package cannot fit in the mailbox and cannot be delivered, our courier will contact the customer to offer an alternative delivery option.
If, despite alternative delivery solutions provided by our courier service, the package still cannot be delivered repeatedly, it will be returned to our facilities and, upon receipt, we will refund the product(s) purchased. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If, after the order has been shipped and delivered within the specified timeframe, the customer refuses the package, they will be responsible for all incurred costs (shipping, customs, taxes, duties, etc.). These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
You can check the status of your order in your account. Check your email to see if we've sent you an email informing you about your order.
If you have not received your order after the shipping deadline, please contact us through the "Customer Service" form or by email. customerservice@shopbabunkers.es with your first and last name, order number, date the order was placed, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Babunkers does not ship partial orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipment is in good condition at the time of delivery.
Thus, if the box is open or if the appearance of the packaging raises doubts or suspicions about violations of the inviolability of the product, the customer must not receive it, immediately notifying Babunkers via email. customerservice@shopbabunkers.es.
In rare cases, an order may be shipped incomplete if there are no items in stock. If this occurs, the product will be refunded immediately.
RETURNS
The return period for any item is 20 business days from the date the order is placed. Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original box or packaging, with the label and all accessories.
Products that are defective, such as stains, rips, tears, or signs of use, will not be accepted or refunded.
In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all return shipping costs will be borne by the seller. In all other cases, they will be borne by the buyer.
At the bottom of the page you have access to our returns portal, click there and follow the instructions.
At Babunkers, we do not exchange sizes or models. You will need to return the product following the instructions provided and make a new purchase.
Once the collection has been completed, received, and verified at our warehouses, we will refund the amount of the products, deducting return shipping costs (if applicable). Please note that credit card refunds are processed by banks. The approximate refund period is 10-15 business days from receipt of the product.
The value of the products you have returned to us will be refunded at the purchase price, less the return shipping costs, if the return is voluntary. In the case of involuntary returns, the return shipping costs will not be deducted from the product price.
